AVTA Expands to Film

Sydney Airport based Industry Icon, Helicopter Film Services (HFS) has been acquired by Aviation Tourism Australia Pty Ltd (AVTA).

AVTA's Sydney based operation will now be a combined Sydney Heli-Tours and HFS facility and will be able to offer HFS clients an enhanced helicopter service.

Sydney Heli-Tours is located next door to the former HFS terminal.

The combined business will be staffed 7 days a week and offer clients a wider choice of aircraft to meet their specifi c task and budget. Visiting fi lm crews and other groups will also now have access to arange of ground transportation services.

HFS aims to regain its traditional role as a Dynamic Industry force providing top quality fi lm and media services with availability built around the clients needs.

The HFS telephone number remains unchanged (02) 9693 1188 and inquiries will be handled by Brad Graves who is designated as the new Chief Pilot. Brad has extensive Media fl ying experience and will ensure your needs are met efficiently and implemented to our traditional highstandard.

We can now offer a larger range of aircraft including a float equipped Robinson R44, Bell 206 Jetranger, Bell 206 Longranger and Bell 407 plus access to Continental stabilized camera mounts.
