Get out of the city and see some of the best parts of Australia as you venture off the beaten track and experience the heart of the World Heritage Blue Mountains. After flying over Sydney Harbour then heading west into the Blue Mountains National Park, you will be met on arrival by your private tour guide who will take you on a 3 hours 'Rocks to Rainforest Guided Tour' where you will get a real hands on Aussie bush experience. You will also enjoy a light lunch in remote wilderness and then board the helicopter for your flight back into Sydney. This will be a day you will never forget.

If you choose to accept this mission you won't be disappointed. You'll fly over Bare Island one of the locations for Mission Impossible II and the historic Botany Bay before heading south down the Sydney coastline. Passing over the pristine beaches of Wanda and Cronulla and over the wild landscape of the Royal National Park and Wattamolla Lagoon, you will land at Buli-Tops for morning or afternoon tea at Panorama House restaurant. Enjoy morning tea or afternoon tea with the unsurpassed views of the Pacific Ocean below, before boarding the helicopter to return up the coastline into Sydney.

It's time to escape the rat-race of city living and head to Australia's signature vineyards and winemaking region-The Hunter Valley. The journey into the Hunter Valley is absolutely breathtaking, and begins with views of Sydney Harbour before taking in all of Sydney's northern beaches, right up to Palm Beach. As Pittwater emerges below, the flight heads inland to the Hawkesbury River and Brisbane Waters region before passing over the Central Coast to eventually land amongst the famed vineyards of the Hunter Valley. After landing, experience local wine tasting before sitting down to a gourmet lunch at one of the region's most reputable restaurants. The peaceful surrounds and genuine country hospitality of the Hunter Valley perfectly complements the superb food and wine the area is renowned for.

Your journey starts with an impressive scenic flight over Sydney Harbour and
past the Harbour Bridge, Opera House and City Skyline. From there we leave
the city behind us as we head north over Sydney's glistening beaches and
Broken Bay. We land at Erina Heliport where a vehicle is waiting to take you
to the stunning beachfront restaurant, just a short drive away. With a
stylish and relaxed atmosphere, superb food and wine and a truly picturesque
outlook, the Reef Restaurant dishes up all the right ingredients for a
